Such personal attributes are (but not limited to and can change over time) your profile picture, first name, last name, username, email, New Zealand work status, Birthday, Short bio, location, location verified status, able to work areas, minimum hourly pay, preferred work time type, skill(s) and years of those skill(s) experience, industry experience(s) and years of those industry experience(s), education qualification(s), other qualification(s), available working hours for every day of the week, website, projects, awards, organisations, hobbies and interests, looking for work status, when you can start working, flexible work hours preference, work travel duration preference, additional public images uploaded, profile honestly score and your membership creation date. Even if the employer obtains a low match percentage with your attributes, it's a match for the employer's job listing nevertheless and you could be emailed an interview offer from that employer.
By signing up to https://www.workgate.co.nz and entering your business (and/or) personal information to fill out your profile, your information will be used in Workgate's Matching Process. By posting Job-listings on Workgate, all the information you have entered will be used in Workgate's Matching Process where Job-Seekers that obtain a match percentage on their end will be able to see your job listing's details and apply for your listed job. Note that a match percentage on the Job Seeker's end may be a generally low percentage, but it will be a match for the Job Seeker nevertheless and you could be emailed a job application from that Job Seeker. The Job Seeker will be able to see the information you have entered into Workgate Limited while creating your business profile as well as the information that you entered will listing the job. This information includes (but not limited to and can change over time), your business profile picture, your business name, email, website, short business bio, main hiring contact phone, business staff size, job reference, job title, start date, job location, hourly pay range, time type, pay type, flexible hours, required skills and its associate required amount of time experience, optional skills and its associate required amount of time experience, required industry experience and its associate required amount of time experience, optional industry experience and its associate required amount of time experience, required education, optional education, required other qualifications, optional other qualifications, expected working hours for all hours of every day of the week, minimum match percentage, additional images uploaded and job description.
